Notes:
I just got this from my apartment manager. There were more leaves on the bottom but they were all dried up so I cut them off. The ones in the center seem pretty dry too so I’m hoping to bring it to life. I need to know what it is so I can figure out how best to care for it.

It’s a Guzmania type of bromeliad. Like all bromeliads it produces a terminal flower, which means it will die after bloom is finished (you can cut it off). It is producing another plant on the side (known as a pup) which (hopefully) will grow to produce a bloom and repeat the process. Good luck!
