Laura, I always thought that Walter paid you quite well and per plant identification, if not it is time to renegotiate your contract. I know a guy who knows a guy that used to be an agent. Bobby, anyone who uses pert’near in a sentence is pert’near the top in my list. Shuck’s darn. Thank you both for your help!

Looks like one of the painted Rex begonia (Begonia rex-cultorum) to me too Bobby. With so many cultivars, I’m reluctant to ‘guess’ which one this is. For care information. https://www.begonias.org/care/culture.htm And Bobby, your witty humor lol…

MJ IÕve pertÕnear exhausted my collected knowledge of begonias with the above guess on the ID of your posted plant. Sorry. Hopefully Laura735, a most excellent plant ID expert who Walter should be paying the big bucks, will tune in with some ID and care information. I saw where she had recommended the American Begonia Society to another person regarding his post. I visited that site and found it helpful. If your plant is a begonia it may be a type of Rex begonia. Check it out: https://www.begonias.org/greenhouse/rex.htm
