This looks like a zoysia variety. At last count there were 38 cultivars commercially available in the states. Yours is a medium fine texture and could possibly be Zeon. Your best bet would be to call a local lawn care operator that offers free estimates on weed and feed services. Their estimate should identify the variety and possibly cultivar of your lawn.
