Notes:
I live in Orlando, Florida and this grass is taking over a lesser maintained area of my yard. It was originally St. Augustine, but this grass has overtaken/choked out most of the St. Augustine. It is very dense, but I’m not sure if it grows by stolons only or rhizomes. I could not identify any rhizomes. The blades are smooth and feel tender. When walking on it barefoot it feels like you’re walking on a very plush carpet.

I have the same grass growing and i did an experiment that started 3 years ago. I plants St Augustine, Bahia, rye, and This year in June Zoysia. The grass i did not plant was Centipede grass whick looks alot like your 3 pictures. It growing and strangling out the other grasses i planted. Its actuall really nice grass ( weed) but its soft and green , grows fast sideways and not fast in height. in areas that have not done well for grass growing its has taken control. Its evern strangling out the Dolly weeds. I have 2 acres and never seen a grass take over so fast. I actual prefer it now.
