Agreeing with Jim about it looks like a succulent. Maybe something in the Sedum genus (stonecrop)(?). Perhaps S. sarmentosum, some of the common names include gold moss stonecrop, stringy stonecrop & graveyard stonecrop, etc… The flowers will help to confirm or disprove its ID. Resembles purslane. Assuming I am correctly interpreting the leaves and stem as succulent.
