Notes:
The plant is about 12 ft tall. The leaves are 2 ft wide. I think it is in the mallow family but not sure. It was just one little stalk about 12 inches tall when I bought it and planted it this spring. It has what looks like a cone flower with individual little flowers pinkish white. The stems are something like a trumpet flower. I don’t think it is winter hardy

Castor Oil Plant perhaps? One that’s been on my to-get list for a while 🙂 https://www.google.com/search?q=Castor+oil+plant&espv=210&es_sm=119&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=j6ZiUty_C4WM9ASRuYAQ&ved=0CAkQ_AUoAQ&biw=1106&bih=645
