I can’t see the green fruits clear enough to tell. But with the opposite leaves, this could be a type of privet (Ligustrum) and its unripe fruits? Check out these two included links for the Chinese privet (L. chinensis) & border privet (L. obtusifolium). Click on the images to enlarge.
