Maybe the weak-leaf yucca (Yucca flaccida)? Not able to see the rest of its planting area, here are some of the suggestions. Depending its location, how much time and maintenance you want to invest in this part of the garden. _ Low growing evergreen type plants, i.e. hardy sedum (ground covers often have their own headaches i.e. weeding & keeping them in check). – low growing annual & perennials (maintenance same as above). – Low growing ornament grasses, i.e. cultivars of Blue fescue (Festuca ovina glauca); ÔSea UrchinÕ, ÔElijah BlueÕ, etc… -Decorative garden ornaments (stones, sculptures, flowerpots fill with annuals & perennials) Check out these included links for more information. Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yucca_flaccida
