Notes:
I am a newbie to lawn care and trying to nurture a Bermuda lawn that is currently dormant. These are sprouting through the yard even after a fall treatment and spring treatment of weed and seed. Bermuda is still dormant. Is this crab grass, sedge or some other turf grass?

This looks like a clump of fescue. Hopefully you only have a few in which case close mowing and rising temperatures will significantly reduce their numbers before fall. There are spot treatment options but the minimum packaging of materials can cause considerable homeowner expense. One clump in a very small lawn can be a real sore thumb so, digging it out is an option as well in that case. Just remember: bermuda is a warm season lawn and fescue is a cool season weed. The rising temps and recommended mowing heights are in your bermuda’s favor. Fescue can’t stand short hair cuts and hot, sweaty weather!
