There are 2 of these in wooded area behind my house; about 5′ tall and have these reddish flowering buds; any ideas? Thanks

If you like them, wait until they produce the large (poisonous!) seeds and plant them in the fall in your yard. I’ve got a white one just starting to grow this year and I’m very happy about that, as it’s a grandchild of some that a dear deceased friend had in her yard.
