Found in front bed, coming up this month. The soil level pics make think it is a peony; I had tried to establish a few varieties from tubers this year….But the leaves….?

These are not to clear to definite. But with the opposite branching of the pinnately compound leaves,(I’m guessing only) this looks more like yellow bells aka esperanza ( Tecoma stans). While peony has alternate branching of compound lobed leaves. Check out the link below, and see if you have a match. Other wise as the plant mature, please post more pics.
