Notes:
The plant is about 8″-12″ high and 12″-18″ wide. As I recall it was more green in the summer but this winter it turned the fantastic purplish in the pic. I’d love to get more but forgot what it was!

Without flowers I could only speculate for now. Perhaps a type of Hebe (shrubby Veronica/hebe)? Copy, paste and check out some of cultivars of Hebe from these included links be low. If you are still uncertain when it blooms, please resubmit with photo flowers. Best wishes.
