I have two of these and not sure how to take care of them. I have them in full sun. They r blooming now. I think because of the warm weather. I need to know what it is so I can trim it. I have some dead branches. They r 4 1/2 feet high and 3 feet wide with time white flowers with yellow centers. No smell

The photos aren’t all that clear but I’d say a spirea, possibly Spiraea x arguta ( If so, there’s nothing too scientific about pruning them. Just give them a trim and thin after flowering.
