Details are too far away & a little too dark to tell. Also not knowing itslocation, I could only guess this might be something in the stonecrop/sedum (Hyloptelephium). Check out some of the species & cultivar in the genus. It appears about to bloom soones, click on images to enlarge. If this isn’t of the genus, when it blooms, make new post with flowers photo.
