Maybe a type of Bromeliads. With out its flowers to help narrow down, I’m guessing yours might be in the group of Nidularium rutilans aka Nudilarium regelioides (?). You could try an USA affliate society of the Bromeliad Society International for its Exact ID. If this isn’t Bromeliad, post again when it blooms.
