Maybe something in the tupelo genus (Nyssa)? Flower & fruits are needed for a confirmed ID. Winter buds could also help to narrowing down its genus. For now copy & paste the included link below for identification keys for one of its species, the black tupelo/black gum (N. sylvatica).
