Notes:
This is the leaf of a seven foot tall tree. No fruit has ever grown on this in the four years we have lived here. The trunk is about 2” in circumference.

It will be hard to tell without flowers. Although I have some ideas but more details are needed to narrow down for you. Please resubmit with closeups of its bark , twig with those axillary buds (lateral shoot is formed at at the junction of the leaf & the stem) and the pic of the main tree trunk.
