Without its flowers to help narrow down, I taking a guess. Maybe a cultivar in the Siberian buggloss (Brunnera macrophylla)? Cultivars with similar looking leaves include ‘Jack Frost’, Sea Heart, etc…Copy and paste the included link below more information.
