My sister just sent me this photo and asked if I knew what it is – looking at the leaves, my first guess was creeping hydrangea but I’m not really sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does she know its location? Could she show more of the plant? I’m only guessing here, maybe a type of Viburnum; this could be V. rufidulum? Again I’m only speculating.
