Ok…. I finally found a picture of this shrub and yes it does have small little white/yellowish colored blooms if you can call it a bloom, all over. Thank you Laura for your expertise, this shrub has been a mystery to us for the past few years. Glad I found this great site it has so much great information. Thanks again

Thank you, I will check out the links you’ve provided. Honestly I’m not sure it blooms, I’ve never seen it bloom before in the past 7 years of living here.
