Notes:
We found this at the bottom of a downspout after about 1/4″ of rain. (None at the other downspouts.) My husband said “did you see the orange French Fries?” (Later we renamed ’em to “spicy French Fries”.) They are mushy.
I just have no idea what this could be!!!
