Notes:
Never saw a plant with leaves like this before (the one beside the petunias), but in early spring I sprinkled a bunch of ‘bee friendly’ seed packets from a charity there, and wonder if this is one of those plants.

I can’t be certain with the flowers. For now check out leaves of Coreopsis genus in the Asteraceae family and see if you have a match. When it blooms and you still don’t know , make new post with photo of flowers.
