1- looks like love-in-a-mist (Nigella damascena). 2- might be a type of bellflower (Campanula). 3- maybe a type of blue periwinkle. Either the variegated bigleaf periwinkle (Vinca major ‘Variegata’), or the varigated little leaf periwinkle (Vinca minor ‘Argenteovariegata’).
