I think it is a malvaviscus arborescens drummondii or Turk’s Cap. Native to the US, a pr=erennial, hummingbirds love it. Grow it from seeds or cuttings if you want more.

That looks like some type of Begonia to me. Difficult to pin down exactly which one though.
