Zeon zoysia was installed in our yard a few months ago. My yard has a slope and is fairly shaded, especially on the right side. We had many days of heavy rain shortly after it was installed and the yard remained wet for at least 10 days . I’m not sure grass will grow on this side of my yard due to drainage and sunlight issues. Mixed in with the zeon were a few sections of a different looking grass that seems to be growing better wherever it is in my yard. I’m curious what type of grass it is
