Notes:
It grows like crimson clover on medium stalks (6-12″) that terminate in a showy portion that isn’t quite what I would call a flower. It is also hairy with yellow buds. It grows in full sun at the bottom of a dying cherry tree. I have never seen a bee visit. It is mixed in with other weeds.
