Hi all, I would greatly appreciate your diagnosis and treatment recommendation to save my new plant. I can’t remember the name of it now that I think about it but it does not look like it’s in good shape!

    The first picture is too dark to see the trunks. I’m unable to tell which type of palms yours is. Check out varieties of palms on the included site below to compare to yours. I’m not an expert in plant diseases, but this doesn’t look like rust. From the photo of 2 & 3, to my eyes these white spots could be spider mites (?). Sorry, not able to inspect these plants in person I can’t be more specific. The first link is for treating spider mites for indoor palm from the Guru himself.
