Notes:

Every year I have a lot of figs at about the beginning of August. But this year, most of the figs are still green and hard. Not only that, some of the figs are dry up and some have white powder like (cannot wipe off) on them. We seem to have a lot of rain in June and July. There is a lot of afternoon sunlight on the tree. I do have a bit of edible figs, but is not as much as in the past years and the color is not as dark as it used to be. What is this problem? Thanks.
