No, to my eyes it looks like something in the umbellifers type (Apiaceae) perhaps. This plant group are hard to tell with out flowers & fruits with them being similar looking i.e. wild chervil, Queen Anne’s lace, poison hemlock, etc… Can you give us an update when they are in bloom with opened flowers ?
