Found at my new house in NC planted in a row but not sure what it is.

I have this spurge growing at the mailbox – concrete on all four sides. It can spread too far if given free range. The neon green flowers are one of my favorites.

Details are blurry, I’m guessing this could be a species in the Euphorbia, possible the cypress spurge (E. cyparrisia). Check it out and see if you have a match. Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euphorbia_cyparissias
