Grows about 6 ft and cascades over pink pea like blooms comes up on new growth every year

I wish I could see more of the plant e.g. flowers, the whole plant etc…For now I’m guessing this is either the pink bush clover (Lespedeza thunbergii) or one of its cultivar?
