Notes:

Young leaves start out as green, get marbled coloring, then at full maturity yellow speckled with yellow band down the length. Closest I can figure is some what of the Croton family.

    That is it, Sloppy Painter, also called Eleanor Roosevelt. This plant had lost leaves so most are young, which threw me off. Thank you, now I will be able to get one.
