Notes:
This was taken in Stowe Vermont. It has large leaves at the base of the plant, but none on the thin branches that have loose clusters of small white flowers. The flowers have FOUR PEDALS, which I have been unable to match to any plant id app examples, or google. The center “trunk” of the plant is not woody like a bush or tree, but the plant was at least 5 feet tall when I took this picture in late spring. Thank you for your help!
