Notes:
I moved from the NE to central GA here in Marshallville two years ago and these orange flowers come up every year, spread aggressively, have roots ( no bulbs). I would like to have their name.

The pictures aren’t very clear for me, but it looks like crocosmia which fits your definition except for one thing- crososmia definitely comes from bulbs.
