What is this bush? It is probably around 30 or 40 years mature. It is maybe 10 or 15 feet high. Been in the house 4 years, and I have never seen it fruit before, but it is this year. Fruit is about the size of medium or small cherry tomatoes. Ripest berries have a deeper red color like a ripe strawberry. Unripe go from green to tomato orange. Don’t remember it ever flowering either.

Wish I could see the leaves more clearly. The fruit’s shape looks similar to species of Lindera genus. This might be Lindera benzoin (northern spicebush)(?). Check it out and see if you have a match.
