This looks like a species of Heptica genus (?). These plants are spring time bloomer, with the photo was taken in “09/07/2017, this indicates these bloomed in the fall. According to the source from the included link, these sometimes also bloom in the fall. If this is of the genus, with out its location, it will be hard to narrow down its species.
