With out flowers to help narrow down. I’m guessin only, these might be one of the ornamental cultivars in the Prunus (cherry, plum, apricot, etc…). Although the leaves appear to look similar to the Purpleleaf Sand Cherry (Prunus x cistena). I do not know if these beauties are the same one. You will know more when they bloom.
