Top photo -The seedling is hard to tell more at this stage. Also the main trunk is not to clear from this image to help narrowing down. I’m taking a wild guess only, maybe some thing in the Prunus genus (Peaches, nectarin, plum, almond, etc…)? Please give us an update as this grows more mature. Again this is only speculation. The bottom photo with low growing lobed leaves, there no flowers to tell for certain. I’m guessing these are either some type of columbine (Aquilegia) or false rue anemone (Enemion biternatum) perhaps? although I’m leaning toward columbine, I could be wrong).
