Notes:
it seems to be possibly black nightshade, but it has small thorns along the stems, it was transplanted from a playground at a local park, and if it is nightshade i would like to let them know so that a toddler doesn’t accidently ingest a toxic berry off of it. I”ve also heard it may be some form of tomato, but haven’t been able to positively identify it. if necessary i can get more photos

If it has thorns on it, it is probably horse nettle.
