Notes:
This oak tree seems to have become sick or died over the last few days in early July and I wonder if there is any chance of saving it. The oak tree leafed out normally this spring, but yesterday, July 6, I noticed nearly all the leaves were brown, limp and starting to fall off. There are a few green leaves left and a few tiny green leafed limps sprouting from the trunk. I do notice some moss and mushrooms on the trunk, which I have heard are signs of a dying tree. Can it be saved?

I don’t think it is lightening. I noticed 2 of my neighbor’s white oak trees dying and then noticed that mine is dying as well. There are others in Lilburn that are dying. Is there a disease?
