    It’s hard to tell plants from a straight down angle view, a side view & closeup of details i.e. leaves, stems, etc… For now, I’m guessing something in the Dianthus (carnation, sweet williams, pinks, etc…)perhaps? Check out their flowers and see if you have a match. If they still growing now likely they are perennial and will bloom again. But with out flowers I could only guess. If this isn’t not a match of the genus please make new post with details mentioned above. And hopefully with flowers. Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dianthus
