Notes:
I am trying to identify some plants for a side garden. I need evergreens and plants that won’t freeze at 25 degrees. I am in south Texas but don’t see a region for the Southwest.

The first plant image isn’t too clear to be certain, I’m guessing something in the Santonlina genus, perhaps lavender cotton (C. chamaecyparissus). Click on image to enlarge. If this is not of the genus, make new post with a closeup of the plant. Knowing the location where the plants are growing will help us narrowing down the plants species for you i.e. Bexar, Gillespie, Kinney, etc…Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santolina
