Thought it might be of the ‘viola’ group but I can find nothing to match. Petals go from pink to white. The plant seems to be restricted to old stone walls next to a river here in Maine et Loire, France. A mild climate and a sheltered location. Flower with about 1cm and 1.5 cm long. Given its very restricted habitat, I suspect the plant may not be local.

Maybe ivy-leaved toadflax (Cymbalaria muralis)? Check it out and see if you have a match. If this isn’t the suggested ID, please resubmit with photos of the whole plant & closeup of its leaves. Best wishes!
