Notes:
My landscaper planted five perennials along my front walk that he called Pinkie Winkies. I did not prune them back last year and this year the plants did not perform well. I’d like to learn how to prune and fertilize these plants but when I search Pinky Winky all I find is tall hydrangeas. These are short, maybe 18-24 inches tall and mounded. Does anyone recognize the plant? Thank you
