Notes:
This wild plant is growing in several locations on my property. In the Conyers area. It blooms for several months & for most the summer. I am considering transplanting them closer into the view from the house.

And… The seed are often stocked anywhere that sells flower seed. I’ve grown them from wild collected seed, and grown them from store bought seed…. Isn’t difficult, but… The wild plants don’t often set seed.

These can be tough to transplant because the have a deep root system and a tap root. I’d suggest marking one of the small plants and trying it this winter/fall. Of course they’re readily available to buy in a local nursery.
