Notes:
I have a possible fruit tree that is rapidly losing health. The plant stands at about 2 feet tall and has only 4 leaves as one has just dropped off. Any help would be appreciated. It may have a disease. Thanks!

Could be a fig tree. Perhaps it’s not getting enough light? It looks awfully leggy.
