Maybe a cultivars of coleus ( Plectranthus scutellarioides syn. Solenostemon scutellarioides )? This might be ColorBlaze® ‘Royale Pineapple Brandy™’? I think the greener leaves in the upper could be the coleus ‘Wasabi’? Yes, these will grow as annual for GA. Copy & paste the included link below for more information. Best wishes!
