Notes:
Do Strawberries devolve into Snakeberries? I know, white blossums are Strawberries and yellow are snakeberries. I know that strawberries “become less productive” after 5 – 10 years, but how? I wanted to find out so I let my 9 square ft patch just do its thing. After 5 years of 2 quart yearly harvests, (and the over-winter leaves are smaller than the summer leaves) this fall after a normal summer, the leaves are small with yellow blossoms and all are now snakeberrries!

And no, strawberries don’t devolve into anything else. They just become less productive.
