I have had this plant for three years and it is now blooming for the first time. I can’t reach the person I got it from and I am eager to have it identified!!

Looks like bear’s breeches (Acanthus). I am not able to tell for certain which species or cultivar this is. Yours does looks similar to Acanthus x ‘Holland Days’.
