Notes:

I picked this up at a seasonal close out, but it had no tag to identify it. The leaves reminded me of a rose bush.

Zephran drewhan is a thornless rose. The spelling is purely how it’s pronounced so maybe worth looking up

I can’t see the plant’s side view to be certain, but these leaves look similar to a type of Tecoma stans? If you could tell us where you are, it would help in narrowing down its ID. Check it out and see if you have a match. If it is not that post again when it blooms with photo of flowers. Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=tecoma+stans&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwif77Djxa_OAhWGJCYKHYlDBgEQiR4Ifw&biw=1711&bih=833#imgrc=7wkL1EiTjlUjGM%3A
